Ingrédients

  • 1 bunch of onions cebette
  • 200 g little mushrooms
  • 150 g cherry tomato
  • Salt
  • Herbal mixtures
  • 2 tablespoons parsley
  • 5 cl olive oil
  • Aioli: 1 egg yolk
  • Aioli: 15 cl olive oil
  • Aioli: 3 garlic clove
  • Aioli: salt
  • Aioli: lemon juice

Préparation

Make the aioli sauce

Emulsify egg yolks, minced garlic, olive oil and lemon

Washing and drying vegetables

Peel the calçots or onions.
Cut the mushrooms.

Cook

Fry mushrooms, onions, cherry tomatoes, salt separately.
Arrange and serve with aioli sauce
