Melon a la plancha, mint and olive oil

Ingrédients

  • 1 medium large melon
  • 1 bunch of small mint
  • olive oil
  • brown sugar

Preparation

Wash and dry the mint, then finely chop
Peel the melon and cut it into cubes

Marinate

In a plastic bag put the melon and mint
Brown sugar
Drizzle with olive oil
Leave in a cool place for 2 hours

Cook

Hot plancha, brown for 2 to 3 minutes
Enjoy hot.
