Mussels à la plancha with lemon and parsley

Ingrédients

  • 2 kg mussels
  • 1 lemon
  • 2garlic cloves
  • 3 onions
  • 1 small bunch of parsley
  • olive oil
  • grinded pepper

Préparation

Preparing the mussels

Scrape and wash them thoroughly

Preparing parsley

Peel the garlic and chop finely
Wash, dry and chop the parsley into small pieces
Chop the onion into small pieces

Cooking

Hot plancha
Place the mussels on plancha top
Add the onions
Parsley
As soon as the mussels open, remove from the plancha

Dress

Before serving, drizzle with the lemon juice
