Plancha rolled steel Rainbow: removable cooktop in 6 mm thick carbon rolled steel. Dimensions 70 x 40 cm. With edges of 5 cm.
Appearance: black plate and painted BLACK double wall furniture in stainless steel 304.
Adjustable feed to position the plancha.
2 H-shaped burners (4 fire lines evenly distributed over the cooking surface) located 20 mm from the hob: no heat waste for optimal power/consumption ratio. Eco-responsible consumption. Powerful temperature rise.
Ignition: electronic piezo button (battery included).
Safety: safety thermocouple (it turn off the gas if the flame goes out).
Grease container at the front (designed to easily remove cooking residues). Capacity: 500ml.
It works with propane or butane gas. Gas inlet at the rear.
IMPORTANT: Once the plate has cooled down, ALWAYS grease the plaque (food oil of your choice) after each use, so that it does not oxidize, until the plate looks shiny. We advise you not to use vinegar or any other acidic product on your plancha.

If you want to cook for six people, our plates have a thickness of 4 mm and edges of 3.5 cm hight. If you need a larger model, capable of cooking for 10 people, the dimensions increase, with a thickness of 6 mm and 5 cm at the edges.
